Five Of My Favourite Motivational Blogs

One of the best ways to remain motivated is to regularly read motivational blogs written by successful people.

This habit will provide you with the inspiration, encouragement, and wisdom that you need to succeed in life.

While there are thousands of motivational blogs online, a few really stand out from the crowd.

This post will identify some amazing motivational blogs and the people behind them.

The Positivity Blog

The Positivity Blog is the brainchild of Henrik Edberg, a Swedish journalist and author.

The blog provides practical personal development advice and strategies that work in real life.

Henrik says the blog is for anyone who wants to lead a happier, simpler, and stress-free life.

He also provides advice to help readers improve relationship skills, build confidence, and eliminate negative habits like procrastination.

There are hundreds of articles on the blog on topics like forming positive habits, sources of inspiration, getting out of your comfort zone, mindfulness techniques, and much more.

There are also multiple courses that visitors can take to improve certain aspects of their lives.

Launched in 2007, Zen Habits quickly became one of the most successful motivational blogs on the Internet.

The blog covers many topics including on productivity, living simply, mindfulness, healthy eating, mental resiliency, beating procrastination, dealing with addictions and much more.

The blog was created by Leo Babauta, a blogger and author based in San Francisco.

Leo created Zen Habits to share what he has learned by tackling many bad habits over the years.

He writes blog posts about all of the tips and tricks he learned while quitting smoking, getting fit, eliminating his debt, losing weight, becoming organised, and so on.

Leo also offers a variety of courses, including the Fearless Training Program.

This course helps people overcome their fears and excel in their chosen field.

His training programs and blog posts often draw upon on Buddhist philosophy and aim to help readers in all aspects of their lives.
